What are the infrastructure requirements for On-prem testing?
For your On-prem testing, you'll need:
- A machine (physical or virtual, on-premises or private cloud) with at least 16 vCPUs, 32 GB RAM, 250 GB SSD storage, and Network Interface Card.
- Console access to the machine (through SSH or direct) and the ability to transfer files to the local disk.
- Access to the root account on the machine.
- OS: RHEL 8 and 9, but we can discuss other options based on your needs.
- Network requirements: SSH access of the person installing Steampunk Spotter and acces to port 443/TCP from users using Steampunk Spotter including return traffic.
Please note that you will be responsible for any adjustments to your network, firewall, or proxies to ensure smooth Pilot operation.
Is any training included?
During the On-prem testing, you'll have unlimited access to our team of experts through a private communication channel. They'll be happy to help you solve problems and answer any questions you have. However, more in-depth training is available once you purchase the product.
What happens after the testing period ends?
There is no obligation to purchase Steampunk Spotter after the free testing period. However, you will be provided with a strategic document that you can use to convince your management to invest in the Ansible Playbook Platform and start optimizing your automation.
